Try this: Add colleagues from your department to your contacts. If they are already in your contact list, trying adding a contact from outside the district.

Use this: Add colleagues and students to make communication faster and more efficient.Also, add parents to improve parent communication.

Try this: Create a contact group for your department. Add your colleagues to the group.

Use this: Create contact groups for each class period. This will simplify sharing in Google Drive. Share with the group rather than individual students.

Try this: Open Google Calendar. Click between views at the top right.

Use this: Create calendars in addition to the default calendar by using the drop down menu located on the left by "My Calendars". Class calendars can be shared with students.

Try this: Add any professional development sessions you plan to attend over the summer.

Try this: Create a new event. Invite a colleague to join you for the event. Check back later to see if the colleague accepted the invitation. You will notice a check mark or X by the name in the guest list.

Try this: Google Drive is cloud storage combine with productivity apps. Try creating new documents, spreadsheets, etc. Create folders to organize.
